Life at TM

As a firm, we choose projects that we’re personally interested in that have the potential to make large societal and cultural impacts. We wholeheartedly believe in supporting the visions of founders who want to change the world in a meaningful way.

You’ll work with and learn from incredibly experienced designers. We are a small team and our product designs ship on a regular basis. Designers have autonomy and ownership of what they work on. We collaborate directly with founders, engineers and in house designers. Every TM designer is empowered to choose the projects they want to work on. We invest in the potential of our team and provide every resource they need to be successful. We want what’s best for our clients and employees, and support them in achieving their personal goals. Want to work with us for a year and move on to start your own thing? That’s cool with us and we’ll help you. Want to learn and grow and make TM your home for 5+ years? Even better.
